The challenge was to:

  • Demystify AI for everyday business users.

  • Create a conversion-focused UI that encourages free trials.

  • Present a clear product narrative while showcasing a wide feature set.


2. Understanding the Audience – Curious but Cautious

Target users included:

  • Small business owners exploring AI for the first time.

  • Entrepreneurs looking for cost-effective productivity tools.

  • Marketers and content creators wanting automation without complexity.

The UI/UX had to:

  • Feel friendly and approachable despite being a high-tech product.

  • Guide users from awareness to trial sign-up in as few steps as possible.

  • Build trust through clear explanations and transparent pricing.
