1. The Mission – A Digital Face for Medical Excellence

MediGlow India, a leading skin care, plastic surgery, cosmetology, and hair transplant clinic, wanted more than just a website.
They needed an online presence that reassured patients, highlighted advanced treatments, and encouraged appointment bookings — all while preserving the dignity and trust essential to medical branding.


2. Understanding the Audience

  • Primary Users: Individuals seeking trusted cosmetic or dermatology solutions, often anxious about the procedure.

  • Key Needs:

    • Clear explanation of services.

    • Proof of expertise through before/after visuals.

    • Easy contact and booking options.

The website needed to feel professional yet approachable, combining medical credibility with patient comfort.


3. UI/UX Design Approach

Color & Mood

  • Pure White (#FFFFFF) – Clinical cleanliness and clarity.

  • Healing Green (#88B04B) – Symbolizing health, renewal, and calm.

  • Soft Gray (#F7F7F7) – Subtle background to keep focus on content.

Typography:

  • Sans-serif fonts for clean readability.

  • Balanced headings and body text to guide visitors smoothly.


Navigation Flow

  1. Hero Slider: Rotating banners with treatment highlights (e.g., Laser Scar Reduction, Hair Transplant).

  2. Trust Icons: Safety, affordability, and research-led care emphasized in three visual blocks.

  3. About Us Section: Friendly introduction with human touch and credibility points.

  4. Service Gallery: Real before-and-after transformations to build patient trust.

  5. Call-to-Action Banner: Bright, inviting “Book Now” section for instant engagement.
