Their brief was straightforward yet ambitious:

  • Build a clean, authoritative, and trustworthy online presence.

  • Communicate complex service offerings in a simple, accessible way.

  • Encourage direct client contact through strategically placed CTAs.


2. Understanding the Audience – Decision-Makers & Job Seekers

Hillight’s audience is two-fold:

  1. Business leaders & HR managers seeking talent acquisition and workforce strategy.

  2. Job seekers looking for career opportunities and placement assistance.

The UI/UX needed to:

  • Present the brand as credible and professional to attract business clients.

  • Offer a friendly, approachable tone for individuals looking for employment support.
